Oh, Sh*t?
I am encroaching upon the three month mark in the unemployed lifestyle. I’m finally starting to get itchy. I mean, I make ends meet, I pay my bills, I babysit for extra cash, so things are okay. But…I gotta pick up the change.

SHIPPIN' UP TO BOSTON
tomooorrooowww morning!!!! :-) Very excited to see my buddies and drink in the streets of Boston, and tend to a drunk, belligerent Scott. Actually, that is the best part of going with friends. They can take care of him. Hah.

Just when I thought I was back on top, I’m sick again.
I drug myself off the couch, and outside, in hopes that assimilating back into society would show my immune system who is the GD boss. But no. Friday night I came home and hacked my brains out, with an achy everything and a snotty nose. Wah wah. Saturday was spent on the couch napping, and at night I couldn’t take this apartment...
Back to life!
After a week of couching it, or mostly couching it, or moving from the bed to the couch and napping all day, I have finally made a recovery. Phew. I still feel like my ears are stuffy, but other than that I’m hungry, I’m jumpy, and I’m ready to go! Just in time for a sunny, beautiful day.

Hot mess.
This whole being sick thing blows! I thought I was getting over it yesterday, but I guess I pushed myself too much. Ya know, with the whole hour and a half work out, grocery shopping, quizzo, etc. I woke up this morning a hot mess, once again. I lazed around all morning, applied to some jobs, and then got dressed.
I looked up my symptoms and it says I have mono. Boy wouldn’t that suck!...

Weekend update...
Last night was a blast. But, I’m incredibly achey and tired.
It could be due to my gym regimine, but I have my doubts.
It could be that I’m readjusting to having sun on my skin, but I don’t think that’s it either.
It could be that I didn’t get enough sleep because I was out pretty late. Nothing new.

A busy, fun weekend means this week has the potential to be even more boring.

The week begins.
Well the weekend flew by, and here I am, embarking on a week full of…….nothing.
Last night I sat on the couch, drinking glasses of wine and knitting, while watching Deliverance. Why? Why not? And I had this urge to go into work. “It’s 10pm, I should be getting ready.”
But alas, I continued to sit, and by 11:30pm, the start of my former shift, I was snoozing in bed.

No job Saturday.
Well, this is the first weekend of being unemployed. How righteous. I set up my Etsy seller’s account so I can make stuff and people can buy it. Hopefully. Haha.
Friday was spent with former co-worker/current friend Jamie. We drove over to the bank to get our severance papers notarized. Hot diggity.
We then drove around, trying to think of what’s next, what we should do, etc. and...

Since July, I have been working nightshift.
What does that mean?
I feel all f’d up, all the time, and on weekends I don’t stop running. I miss life all week long, so I try to make up for it on Friday and Saturday nights. During the week, I sleep all day, I wake up, eat dinner, watching dumb television (i.e. wild teenagers or fat people), and go to work. No quizzo. No shopping....
