Hooray Friday. My life is full of fun things this weekend!
Tonight I’m grabbing drinks with as many people as I can think of. Wahoooo.
Tomorrow night, I’m meeting my cousin Dan in Downington and seeing THE AMISH OUTLAWS. They’re a cover band, who dress up like Amish dudes. Could I ask for more? No, I don’t think so. Very amped!
I’m going to go to the gym through the weekend, too. I’ve been counting calories, going everyday, and I don’t want to mess up my routine. Gotta keep it up for Mardi Gras and Beantown!! Hope the weather is perfect for both!! Apparently, it’ll be 68 the week we’ll be in New Orleans. Last year, in Boston, it poured the ENTIRE weekend. From the moment we got on the bus in Philly, til the night we arrived back in Bridgeton. Non. Stop. Downpour. That means it HAS to be nice weather this year, right? Can’t wait either way!!!!
In other news, I got offered a babysitting gig! I’ve been replying to craigslists ads around the Narb for daytime child care. No one has written me back. But, a Mom must have forwarded my e-mail to another Mom, and she was all about it. She is looking for someone to do morning care for her 2 1/2 year old. Fingers crossed!
Well, it’s 11, Maury is over. Time to get my shit together.
